We stay there whenever we come into town, staff is great, Rooms are clean. Location is great..you can walk to grocery store restaurants, laundromat, and anything you might need!! If you need something they will get it for you if they have it or tell you where to get it…great place to stay!

The continental breakfast was good. The location was easy access from the highway and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Honestly, I preferred my room at the SureStay Hotel to the room I had at the Sheraton Hotel at Universal. I wish I had just booked here for my whole trip. I will definitely book here again in the future..

The hotel was very clean and well organized. For breakfast they had multiple options and had a worker attending everyone by throwing trash away or asking if they needed more drinks. Very well satisfied with my stay.

The staff is great very nice . They kept the rooms all very clean I had the best sleep 💤 there. In the morning I love the people that served breakfast they were so polite and helpful. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were the cleanest. I will definitely be back to stay there

The whole staff is very nice and helpful 😃 the room is very nice I always sleep 😴 so comfortable 😊 The breakfast is good 👍 It's my favorite place to stay.

Had all needed for my stay. Freezer inside refrigerator is important.

The location was perfect and the breakfast had a large variety to select from. The breakfast room was smaller than I expected though.
